Hi

My 5 year old Springer Spaniel has been lethargic since approx Xmas.  Two weeks ago I noticed a lump on her rear, took her to the vets and her said her Lymph nodes were up.  She was put on antibiotics and pain relief.  After a few days alot more lumps appeared and she was getting worse.  The vet took X-rays, scans and scraps of the lymph nodes and all was inconclusive. He then suggested a biopsy as he thought it was either cancer or her immune system.

Finally got the results today and it is not cancer but - Panniculitis.  He has put her on steroids and antibiotics.

Has anyone else on here had the same diagnosis?  And possible causes?

She looks very poorly tonight, sore with stitches and what ever else is going on.

Many Thanks
:(

Hi, and welcome to the forum..  Unfortunately I have no experience with this, but hopefully someone else will read this and be able to help.
