Hi my daughter dog as addison he on 7 florinet  tablet a day he had AD for 6 month  he 3 years old lab he was so poorly the vet put him into hospital because he was about to crash but now he back to normal look for food eating anything he can find as well in the water all the time the vet as change is food to royal canine dry dog food which is expensive as anyone say which is a cheap food just as good  my daughter as pet insurance  so when it time to renew her policy she may need to look at the food can anyone help i live in England

Addison dogs do not need a special diet but all dogs need a high quality protein in their food. Your vet might have wanted you to change for that reason.
If money is really tight then I think that Chappie dried food is a good compromise. Lots of vets recommend it and it was recommended to me by the referral practice that treated Willow for her Addisons crisis.
