10 month old pup

In real need of some help, it's a long post so please stick with me, my sister's beardie pup is 10 months old, she's always been a picky eater with kibble and she was put on a raw diet at about 5 months old and loved it, she had her 1st season at 8 months old and totally went off her food and lost a bit of weight, eventually she started to eat again, she was just getting right when 2 weeks ago she started being sick, then she passed a huge puddle of blood, she was rushed to the vets and diagnosed with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, she was given a course of antibiotics, anti sickness jab, prescription food and probiotics, she started to refuse food again but we put it down to her feeling poorly, after a week or so she started to eat the occasional thing and seemed on the mend, 2 days ago she started being sick with blood in it and had diarrhoea again, she's been in the vets all day today having blood tests and then sedated to have a scan, there is no infection, bloods are normal, no  pancreatitis and no internal blockages, the vets are baffled and so are we, she is still refusing to eat and we've tried every food we can think of to try and tempt her including bone broth, she has a check up at 9am in the morning, if she hasn't ate by then and kept it down she is being kept in as she has lost so much weight, we are at our wits end, does anyone have any experience of anything similar or any advice, thankyou in advance, we are so worried 😞

Did the vets rule out a pyometra? Has she been tested for parasites, Campylobacter? Could it be severe IBS?
