Watson skin sores

Hi all not posted for a long time. Watson is now getting regular sores in between his toes. Last one resulting in being treated for infection at the vets. He has had trouble with a rash all over his belly which has been sore & yellow in places. Im unsure if its allergies from the unusually dry summer were having although cant help going back to my original thought that watsons diagnosis should have been SLE not IMPA. Any advice welcome please. 😊😊
