Hi Jo,
Bobbi is fully weaned off from Prednisone for two weeks now.
I wonder can Imran also need to be tapered or can stop completely ? Her PCV yesterday was 42 and our vet suggested to stop all famotidine, blood thinner and Imran all at once.

This is brilliant news.

Unlike prednisolone, Imuran can be stopped without weaning down but personally I wouldn't want to stop it just yet. 

The usual 'combination' protocol is to gradually wean the prednisolone to a low dose or wean off completely and then gradually over a period of weeks to months wean off the Imuran.  This is because just two weeks off pred isn't long enough to know if true remission has been achieved and by continuing with the Imuran it is providing some immunosuppression.   

The blood thinner is no longer needed and if Bobbi is tolerating the Imuran then she doesn't need the famotidine either.
