Does any of you walk with your pet for massages? Does it help? Do you see any effects?

It depends on how poorly your dog is, and to start with when a dog has an autoimmune disease it is on drugs to suppress the immune system and this leaves them open to pick up infections, so taking your dog for a walk in a heavily dog populated area might not be advisable.   Walking can be gradually introduced when the dog is feeling much better and the drugs are lowered.
