I have 2 year old Bassett hound with immune mediated neutropenia. On steroids but still not right. Would like to hear from anyone that's had experience with this or has any help or knowledge. I'm not sure where to turn now as heard so many people with dogs with this and end up losing their fur baby. Feeling quite heart broken at the moment. Tia x
